{"id":2,"date":"2014-09-05T04:41:07","date_gmt":"2014-09-05T04:41:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/wordpress-4.0\/wordpress\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2019-03-11T20:58:18","modified_gmt":"2019-03-11T20:58:18","slug":"history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/old.kazptp.kz\/en\/history\/","title":{"rendered":"History of Institute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institute\u00a0&#8220;Kazakhskiy\u00a0Promtransproekt&#8221; &#8211;\u00a0the oldest\u00a0and one\u00a0of the largest\u00a0design and survey organizations\u00a0of\u00a0industrial transport\u00a0in the Central Asian\u00a0region &#8211;\u00a0was formed in\u00a01958. Many\u00a0facilities\u00a0in Kazakhstan,\u00a0all the republics\u00a0of Central Asia, as well as\u00a0in Russia and\u00a0Lithuania were built on the projects\u00a0of the Institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">History of any company has its remarkable dates when the past activities are being summarized, the results are being assessed, the most interesting and important periods are being recalled, when the difficulties and problems areforgotten and everything positive and good is perceived brighter.\u00a0In 2018, we have celebrated the sixtieth anniversary of interesting and intense work of our Institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are proud to\u00a0note that\u00a0\u201cKazakhskiy\u00a0Promtransproekt&#8221;\u00a0has\u00a0made \u200b\u200ba significant\u00a0contribution to\u00a0industrial development\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0huge region\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0of all Central\u00a0Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thousands kilometers\u00a0of railways and roads\u00a0in conjunction\u00a0with all the necessary\u00a0facilities and arrangements: bridges, overpasses and transport interchanges, transportation service companies (locomotive and wagon\u00a0depot,\u00a0equipment\u00a0units, garages,\u00a0and\u00a0track- and road-repair points) &#8211; were build on our projects.\u00a0Also\u00a0many\u00a0logistics centers\u00a0in public procurement system\u00a0of the national economy\u00a0were built on our\u00a0design.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute\u00a0has\u00a0developed\u00a0external transport\u00a0projects for\u00a0significant part\u00a0of industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan, including\u00a0Karaganda\u00a0Metallurgical Combine,\u00a0Leninogorsk\u00a0and Irtysh\u00a0Polymetallic\u00a0complexes,Dzhezkazgan\u00a0Mining and Metallurgical Combine, chemical plants\u00a0in Dzhambul\u00a0and\u00a0Shymkent,\u00a0&#8220;Karagandaugol&#8221;\u00a0association,\u00a0Lead-Zinc,\u00a0Titanium and Magnesium\u00a0complexes\u00a0in Ust-Kamenogorsk, and\u00a0for\u00a0many other large\u00a0and small companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Organization\u00a0has also\u00a0developed transportation\u00a0projects\u00a0in other regions:\u00a0Trans-Baikal apatite\u00a0combine,\u00a0Tugnuisky\u00a0coal pit, &#8220;Vorgashorskaya\u00a0\u21164&#8221;\u00a0coal mines of &#8220;Vorkuta\u00a0coal&#8221; union\u00a0and &#8220;Uglegorskaya&#8221;\u00a0of &#8220;Sakhalin-coal&#8221;\u00a0and many other\u00a0enterprises in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan\u00a0and Turkmenistan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In recent\u00a0years the Institute\u00a0is actively participating\u00a0in transport network development of\u00a0Republic\u00a0of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Kyzylasker-Kirov&#8221; highway with\u00a0a bridge over the\u00a0Syr Darya\u00a0\u00a0was built\u00a0\u00a0on our\u00a0project.\u00a0The necessity of constructing of the highway is explained by the fact\u00a0that the territory\u00a0of the\u00a0Southern\u00a0Maktaaral District\u00a0was\u00a0separated from the\u00a0rest of the country\u00a0by\u00a0Shardara water storage basin\u00a0and the transport\u00a0connection could\u00a0be carried out\u00a0through the territory\u00a0of neighboring country.\u00a0This route\u00a054 km length, 18 km of which are laid on a regular basis along the dam through the flooded land,\u00a0provided\u00a0year-round\u00a0reliable transport communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute participated\u00a0in Shar-Ust-Kamenogorsk\u00a0new railway line\u00a0design,\u00a0carried\u00a0the\u00a0technical supervision of Khromtau-Altynsarino\u00a0railway line\u00a0\u00a0construction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKazakhskiy\u00a0Promtransproekt&#8221; is\u00a0actively participating in the city road network developing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute staff has developed a series of traffic intersections construction\u00a0projects, including the\u00a0interchange at\u00a0Sain str.and\u00a0Raiymbek ave.\u00a0intersection in Almaty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This first\u00a0Kazakhstani\u00a0three-level\u00a0interchange\u00a0has\u00a0won\u00a02nd\u00a0prize\u00a0in the contest of industrial\u00a0projects carried out by\u00a0using the\u00a0software package\u00a0CREDO in category\u00a0&#8220;Transport&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0in\u00a02001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The great merit\u00a0in Institute development and its\u00a0success\u00a0belongs to\u00a0Vitaliy P.Petukhov,\u00a0who led\u00a0our company\u00a0for over forty years\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0from 1967 to\u00a0April 2008.\u00a0He had to lead the organization\u00a0in the\u00a0most difficult time &#8211;\u00a0the years\u00a0of perestroika,\u00a0the collapse of the country and the stagnation\u00a0of the economy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The staff of the Institute has fully experienced the transition to\u00a0new economic relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 1994,\u00a0our industrial building, the object\u00a0of our pride,\u00a0was\u00a0taken from us.\u00a0It was one\u00a0of the best buildings for the\u00a0design organization\u00a0in Almaty, with\u00a0all conditions for\u00a0productive creative\u00a0work of hundreds of\u00a0designers.\u00a0This was the most difficult period\u00a0in the Institute\u2019 life:\u00a0moving\u00a0to the &#8220;rental place&#8221;, absence\u00a0of orders,\u00a0mass dismissal of specialists.
